My baseball pals

Recently, someone on Twitter asked who was of particular help during the pandemic. And my first thought was “my baseball trivia/sim games friends”.

Baseball has a special place in my heart, because of my dad, my upbringing. Baseball is home. So, I decided,- because I’m hammered! — that I would say a few non-sappy, realest truths about you (my housemates) to say thank you.

To all of you, even if you’re not tagged (because perhaps we don’t interact that much), know that you impact my life, the lives of everyone, make a difference, share kindness and friendship, and the true spirit of connection. I hope one day I meet you all in meetspace, I won’t say “real life” because you’re real life and your spirit is tangible in my living.

You were there after/in and hopefully post pandemic. I was in an airport watching the world series with you on Twitter a couple of hours before a trip to Paris!

I love your food and your dogs, and your awesome stories! You even had the time and patience to setup a virtual game environment from us! You always smile in your pics. You’re top tier!! And I love you (and mrs_carm).

Justin, I’m *ded* with your jokes @FPieces, your inuendos, your food, what a ride! Keep it coming pal! It’s going awesome, reach for the stars! You give no concessions to be yourself!
